Miami median asking rents for one-bedroom units increased by 2.7 percent month over month, rising to $1,900 a month in June, per Zumper’s latest rent report.
Still ranking eighth nationally, Miami ranked just behind Los Angeles ($1,960), with the top three being San Francisco ($3,510), New York City ($3,190), and San Jose ($2,280).
Fort Lauderdale was 13th ($1,530) and Orlando was 31st ($980). The full national landscape is below:
