The 22,000 square foot facility, which doesn't have much competition in the area and will cater to a huge market of condo-living people who need extra space to stash their junk, will also be a totally attractive building, in a fun MiMo style that looks kind of like somebody chopped off a chunk of the Fontainebleau and stuck it on Alton Road.
