Does anybody live on Ocean Drive between 5th and 15th streets anymore, except Gianni Versace's ghost of course? That's the really famous part of Ocean Drive, with the park and beach opposite the historic deco hotels. Sure, it might be a bit of an overpriced tourist trap now, but you can get a nice spread that stretches the full width of the building, with ocean views that just scream Miami, for $1.25 million. Compared to the overpriced places we see today, that seems slightly more in the realm of normality. It's got three bedrooms, three baths, a mirror-wall thing going on in the kitchen, and fetching dark wood floors. And it's in the Carlyle Hotel, and art deco spectacular. Just bring earplugs. You're moving to Ocean Drive.
