Curbed National has pointed out Miami's growing reputation as a center for architectural legacy. But what on earth would make anyone think a crazy thing like that? Well, for starters, a physically impossible children's playground, a building by Bjarke Ingels with a big gash down the middle, and two more buildings by Ingels that twist, an indoor ski slope that strives for LEED Platinum status, and that Ice Cream City plan dreamed up by Chad Oppenheim and Pharrell Williams.
