"I own a property on sunset III and while I do not live there full time and my views will not at all be affected by this project I really can't seem to understand the opposition. First of all anyone whose views will be affected by this project (houses on the canal looking directly at it) don't have any views regardless. Furthermore, I think this project will increase RE values on sunset III and IV and will look much nicer than the dilapidated dry cleaners/construction stalled site that is there right now which is in my opinion a major drawback to the entrance of the islands.
