This oh-so minimal, oh-so restrained, oh-so grey, and oh-so computer generated condo on Miami's Brickell Key commands (or will command? Those images are renderings, so maybe it doesn't exist yet) a healthy $3.9 million for an even healthier 3,813 square feet of space with, apparently, fabulous views. So, it'll have great finishes, and a few cool touches (on the other hand, the sliding doors are, well...) but you'll definitely need the views to get over all that grey. Hey, maybe you can paint the four bedrooms all the colors of the rainbow.
