Ricky Martin Sells His Golden Beach Sand Castle For $12.8 Mill

"Ricky Martin is no longer livin' la vida loca in an oceanfront mansion on Golden Beach." Really? Aren't you clever. The hunka-hunka-hottie latino who somewhat recently outed himself as a proud gay man with his autobiography 'Me' (some say to revive his career, but it didn't work) has just sold his oceanfront estate in Golden Beach for $12.8 million, substantially lower than the $17.5 million he wanted for it. The 9,882 square foot spread on Ocean Boulevard (that's A1A, or what they call Collins Avenue in those parts) came with 7 bedrooms and 5 baths, a double height living room, large kitchen, billiards room, morning room, a room that looks like an office, a home theater, and a pool. But here's a neat fact: other reports claim that the house has a private beach. Although beachfront, it's certainly not private. Atlantic Ocean beaches in Florida are all public.
