Herzog & de Meuron Design, Of All Things, A New Condo Tower

New, 1 comment

Jacques Herzog & Pierre de Meuron, the swiss superstar design duo, will soon have three - count 'em, three - monumental buidings in Miami. First, of course, was the parking garage that needs no explanation: 1111 Lincoln Road. Second is the currently under construction Perez Art Museum Miami. And third, according to exMiami, that forum where anonymous but shockingly in-the-know Miami development types sound off, will be a condo tower called Jade 4 in Sunny Isles Beach. The building is 649 feet high, with 56 floors, and 224 total units. The Landscape Architect is (who else?) Raymond Jungles, and the architect of record ADD Inc. We're on the hunt for renderings, or plans, or whatever, so if you've got them, please tip us off, at miami@curbed.com. Thanks!
