Word on the grapevine is Brickell Flatiron's architect - the part of Flatiron that isn't possibly being saved as a park - is no longer Mexican architect Enrique Norten and his TEN Arquitectos gang. Developer Mallory Kauderer's new architect is Luis Revuelta and his firm Revuelta Architecture International, a local outfit. While they may not be 'high architects,' they've been around Miami for a while, and done such notables as the Santa Maria, the Grovenor, the Bath Club, Epic, and a whole bunch of others that didn't make it through the condo boom alive.
