"Although its great for brickell to have parks and I'm not adverse to parks in an already congested area the poster above me is right. Unfortunately Miamians are too pretentious and also too active to take time out of their lives to sit in a park and enjoy the scenery, like maybe a New Yorker or Chicagoan would.
