To go along with the sleek new Miami Intermodal Center station, Miami-Dade Transit is replacing the current rustbucket Metrorail trains with a very modern new fleet that are set to hit the rails in 2015. Transit Miami was 'provided' (meaning somebody knows somebody) with presentation renderings, above, of the three models, all from transit manufacturer AnsaldoBreda, currently in consideration. The difference from the current trains is shocking. Each has a distinctive livery, and one or more will be chosen for your riding pleasure.
