"Not all the residents feel this is a mega project out of scale with the rest of the community. The residents of Sunset Islands 3 & 4 [mostly] do, but many residents in Sunset Harbour feel Palau at Sunset Harbour is a good project for our community and certainly a mega improvement over what is on those 3 lots now: an old dry cleaners, an abandoned building project and an empty lot.
