This August, after 6 years of negotiations, developer Michael Massanoff's West Palm Beach Tri-Rail Transit Village was finally approved for a wedge-shaped piece of land next to the West Palm Beach Tri-Rail station, according to exMiami and SFBJ. The somewhat scaled down plan will have 400,000 square feet of office space, 375 hotel rooms, 300 residences, a 290-space parking garage and 87,500 square feet of retail/civic/educational space.
