Two more renderings of 321 Ocean Drive, one of Enrique Norten's mega-luxe condo projects south of Fifth Street, have hit the floor, and boy is this place boxy. Boxy in a good way, but pretty much the polar opposite of his other project south of Fifth, One Ocean, a design with curves galore.
