Behold, renderings of angry-NIMBY-favorite Palau at Sunset Harbour. As a reminder, Palau At Sunset Harbour is a mixed used project with 50 residential units and 11,000 square feet of retail coming to the northwest corner of 20th Street and Sunset Drive. The project is funded by the Disney (yes) family's investment firm Shamrock Holdings. Much of the controversy arises from the residents feeling the mega-project is out of scale with the rest of the community.
