$22 Million 80s Party Pad, Miami Vice Set, Screams Cocaine

New, 1 comment

This rather palatial, and very 80s, spread, on a point in Key Biscayne, was a set on multiple episodes of Miami Vice. The pool, terraces, dinning room (used as a game room) and the funky as hell kitchen "in the round" were all seen on the show. The house has 7 bedrooms, with an office as an optional 7th, 8.5 bathrooms, a gym, a wine cellar, an atrium, an expansive family room, a bar, an indoor racket ball court, and a game room.

Now to the good stuff. We're not saying this place had anything to do with the cocaine wars, or cocaine money that was fueling a building boom in Miami at the time, but if it did, a few nifty features would have come in handy. It has a private generator, impact resistant windows, deep water dockage (10'+), a driveway that leads right out to the dock, and a fairly well hidden a back staircase. Oh, and the wine cellar leads to a second "wine cellar" hidden under the stairs.
