Cartier, one of the first retailers of the new Design District, is opening this August at 151 NE 40th Street, in a 4,331 square foot space with display cases trimmed in bronze and oak wood floors. There will also be four private viewing rooms. They closed their Bal Harbour store and, until the new Design District space opens, only have a boutique at the Dadeland Saks to serve all of Dade County. [Miami Herald]
