Miami's Record Setting $52 Million House Is Under Contract

New, 1 comment

Miami's record setting spec behemoth, a modernist palace at 3 Indian Creek Drive that was originally on the market for $60 million, but pricechopped to $52 million, is reportedly under contract, according to the NY Times. The price was undisclosed, but if it fetches that price, it will be the most expensive house sold in Miami history.

The house is a Barcelona Pavilion gone crazy, with ten bedrooms and fourteen bathrooms, among such decadences as a chromotherapy spa, limo-sized garage, 100 foot pool, hidden art storage, a certified greenhouse, and a panic room (boogie monsters!) all spread over 30,000 square feet.
