Adding to an imaginary list of new buildings whose names are one word but should really be two, BrickellHouse is breaking ground tomorrow, with a projected completion "before 2014." The $170 million building will have 46 stories and 374 units, almost all of which are already sold, and mostly to foreign buyers. It's laden with amenities, including a rooftop pool deck, spa, three story lobby, another pool for lap swimming, three or four residents' lounges (we lost count), and screening room. Oh, and it's got a fully automated parking garage that up until recently would have been pretty amazing, if they hadn't started popping up all over the place yet.
