The Miami Planning & Zoning Board approved a partial road closure here, adjacent to two sites at the end of a decorative inlet in Edgewater, so the Related Group can convert some of the land and road at 452 NE 29th Street and 460 NE 28th into a park designed by Arquitectonica, with the rest to become yet another new tower. This is the former site of the Onyx 2 project. The designs are not yet complete, but we can't help wonder if the creation of this parks means Related is becoming more civically minded in its development pursuits.
