Another victim of the real estate implosion has arisen from the dead, a crayola colored phoenix from the ashes of Miami's mini-bonfire of the vanities. Ye olde Kallisto, originally designed by Arquitectonica, but made super-luxe by Bermello Ajamil, who reconfigured the interiors to have only 10 units for an 18 story building, has been rebranded, and is pending relaunch as 120 Ocean Drive. The latest iteration is still under wraps, but the design as Ajamil had it was already approved by the city, so they're unlikely to change much except for the color scheme. And for the sake of good taste let's hope they change that.
