Related Group has put out a new rendering of Icon Bay's future gym, situated on a lower floor of the Arquitectonica-designed tower, but with fantastic views of the bay and that big fountain which Related is proposing to build. It's a nice gym, sure, but if the tower itself wasn't stomping down on top of a public park we might be able to enjoy that absolutely luscious view, framed with buildings, and without the guilt.
