"I've been saying this for a while. If they work within the code and the developer wants them, Walmart is in. We need to focus on how this building will interact with the neighborhood and how the building can be re-used or adapted in case Walmart closes the store at some point (happening all over the USA by the way). Also, Walmart can be a partner in enhancing the 10% 'open space' provision in the Midtown [Overlay District] section of the Miami 21 code.
