$40 Million Bucks For J-Lo's Former Home On North Bay Road

New, 1 comment

A former home of Jennifer Lopez, on North Bay Road in Miami Beach, which has been on the market for $29 million, was recently upped in price to a bold $40 million bucks, reflecting the ginormous prices recently achieved by other hot Miami Beach properties. The 12,152 square foot historic mediterranean revival house was built in 1929, with a rotunda and 150 year-old reclaimed hardwood, but has been well-updated. A master-suite with a terrace, gym, office, and closet was carved out of three former bedrooms. Oh, there's a theater, wine cellar, 6,000 gallon koi pond, and 200 feet of water frontage. Placed on the market by healthcare honcho Mark Gainor, it was just plugged by the Wall Street Journal, and picked up by Curbed National.
