What To Do With The Empty Dyer Courthouse?

The Dyer Federal Courthouse has sat empty since 2008, when the courts moved to the Wilkie D. Ferguson Courthouse a block away. Having maintained the empty place for four years, the GSA is now looking for ideas for the 179,000 gross square foot historic building. The gloriously grand Mediterranean Revival structure was built in 1933, and sits at a strategic location between Miami Dade College, and a collection of judicial buildings, in the heart of downtown Miami.
