Now that the FEC is restarting passenger service on its tracks, what's happening to the plan to use those tracks for a second Tri-Rail line? Steven Abrams, chairman of SFRTA, which runs Tri-Rail, says "My top priority is to enable commuter service on the FEC tracks. We've ironed out our differences with FDOT. We're moving forward on it...
