Oddly enough, Forbes magazine ranked America's "Hippest Hipster Neighborhoods" last week (Wynwood was #19 on the list), so Curbed National dug around to find some homes in these supposedly cutting-edge hoods (skipping Wynwood, which doesn't have much fancy residential to speak of). The result? Some million-dollar pads that even artsy trustafarians would struggle to afford, like a $4.75M penthouse in Brooklyn's trendy Williamsburg. [Curbed National]
