ICONS— This week, Eater gathered a roundup of 13 of Miami's Most Iconic Dining Rooms. They range from classic establishments to newer restaurants with fresh design to stand-out quirky and fun ones.
MIAMI BEACH— Starting today, the highly anticipated Cooper Avenue is now open to the public. Try out the restaurant and take a peek at some of the space, but the entire market/bakery/deli/lounge won't be officially open until early October.
OPENINGS— Three new lounges open this weekend: the hotel-themed Room Service restaurant-lounge-club, the Friday only pop-up The Blacksmith Saloon, and the "new" Club 50, FIFTY at the Viceroy. All three are having their Grand Openings this weekend.
MIAMI BEACH— Eater broke the story and now it's official: 8oz. Burger Bar's South Beach location on Alton Road is no longer and American Burger is in its place. 8oz. will be opening at the former Kim's Chinese location on Lincoln Road in 2013.
