Before construction begins on Met Square, a movie theater and hotel tower near the mouth of the Miami River, archeologists have been digging up the building's site, uncovering old Tequesta Indian remains, Miami's original shoreline, and the landfill that Henry Flagler's Royal Palm Hotel was built on, reports CBS Miami. Archeological work will continue until the summer, and Met Square is scheduled to open a few years later. [CBS Miami]
