Oh, look, those handy-dandy architects at Zyscovich have another rendering of what that liner retail along the Midtown Boulevard frontage of the new Midtown Walmart might look like (via exMiami), and boy is it pretty. Almost too good to be true, wouldn't you say? Well, according to Grant Stern, the anti-Walmart activist, it totally isn't true! Zoning codes are being violated left and right. And can only one or two levels of retail be enough to hide an entire Walmart store, along with parking structure, behind them? Where's the looming colossus?
