Check Out The Wild Porsche Tower's Guts, With Car Elevators

Via exMiami

So you pack three giant elevators into the core of a skyscraper, add three elevator cores radiating from that elevator core (because, you know, a building this expensive just has to have private elevators for cars and humans) and support the rest of the building with just totally massive structural columns big enough to hold double height living rooms, fireplaces, pools on the balconies, etc. All that adds up to a ton of structure for some very expensive apartments. That's what goes into a building as wildly overloaded as developer Gil Dezer's Porsche Design Tower, as you can see from this image from exMiami. No wonder it's so expensive.
