The Florida East Coast Railway has purchased about $4 million worth of land on the Datura and Evernia street blocks abutting their railroad tracks according to the Palm Beach Post, raising speculation that they've picked the West Palm Beach station location for their passenger rail line 'All Aboard Florida'. This would make sense because (A) the land was one of the preferred station locations listed in a report by the company and (B) it's right smack dab in the middle of downtown West Palm Beach - the perfect place for a station. Clematis Street, the historic main street of the area is, like, right there.
