I will believe it when I see it. The Turkish promoter who won the right to build on taxpayer owned Watson Island has failed miserably for ten years. The proposed project was supposed to be finished several years ago NOT postponed out to 2020 or whenever. In the meantime, the promoter was evicted from his Lincoln Road office space.
