A $24 Million Manse In 'America's Venice'

New, 1 comment

Fort Lauderdale's eastern environs of finger islands, long canals, big houses, and big boats have been called 'America's Venice'. So, where does a whale park his superyacht if he can't stand the constant carnival that is Miami life, but isn't quite so stuffy as to decamp for Palm Beach? This $24 million spread, with over 400 feet of water frontage, a pleasant and tasteful, but still quite huge, mediterranean revival villa, and 170 feet of full service dockage with access to the Intracoastal waterway makes a nice respite. It has a nice long shaded lap pool too.
