Mansions At Acqualina Penthouse Hits The Market For $55M

New, 12 comments

The penthouse at the Mansions At Acqualina, the immodestly named Palazzo D'Oro (translated to 'palace of gold'), hit the market yesterday for $55 million, a whole $5 million more than originally planned and the second most expensive listing in Miami after the Versace house. This is along with new renderings and redesigned floor plans that make this castle in the sky - the developers claim its 'the world's finest penthouse' - look even more ridiculously excessive than ever. The apartment comes with a stupifying list of features, including a pivoting entry wall, reflecting pool in the living room, nearly 100 foot long master suite, disappearing glass walls, a 25 foot waterfall, two outdoor kitchens, cantilevered glass bottomed swimming pool and jacuzzi, indoor/outdoor screening room, a glass 'wine gallery', private spa with hydrotherapy pools, circular glass elevator, grand staircase, 6 bedrooms, and staff quarters for 3.
