A new trend in Brickell condo towers: kids. One of the latest projects, 1010 Brickell, will have a bowling alley, "kid's gym", and a gaming arcade, all for the kiddies. And apparently Echo Brickell is being designed for little rascals and their parents too. The article doesn't say how, but maybe it has something to do with that wrap-around pool?
