Bonkers Brooklyn Manse Asks $30M; Tommy Hilfiger Lists

The big real estate news from the Big Apple's Curbed NY...

1) Mill Basin: Sometimes, in the far reaches of the boroughs, you can find a house that really looks like it does not belong in New York City. This $30 million 10-bedroom, 15-bathroom mansion on the water in Mill Basin is one of those houses. With a 1,000-square-foot pool and docks for "a variety of watercraft," it is much more Miami than Brooklyn.

2) Midtown: Fashion honcho Tommy Hilfger tried to sell his penthouse at the famed Plaza for $50 million, but did not find success. So now he's trying again, and, naturally, he's upped the price to $80 million because why not? Do check out the photos.

3) Flatiron District: In other celebrity news, megacouple Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and supermodel Gisele Bundchen this $36 million Lenox Hill mansion involves a bulletproof atrium, magazine publisher, a rooftop pool, and a Russian arms dealer getting his wisdom teeth out. Seriously.
