The Miami Design District is mostly owned by one man, developer Craig Robins who is currently remaking the district into a high end urban fashion mecca. But some of it isn't, and that adds to the urban variety but also means the neighborhood runs the risk of having stuff like this happen to it, a weird ugly shopping arcade with some tacky Rolex bling on the front on 39th Street that just kinda popped up out of nowhere. It's on a lot not owned by Robins that's surrounded by lots which are.
