The Cuban son and salsa Grammy winner has listed his longtime Bay Point abode for $5.75 million, a manifold increase over the $795,000 he paid for it in 1992. The house not only has six bedrooms, a recording studio and Tahitian-inspired design (crazy tall rock walls and columns, cathedral ceilings and mahogany as far as the eye can see) it has Enrique Iglesias and Anna Kournikova as next door neighbors. Indoor doubles, anyone?
