The Shorecrest Club apartment towers, formerly known as the Shorecrest Luxury Apartments, formerly known as Oasis on the Bay, are headed skyward on 79th street and Biscayne Bay, making good time after officially going vertical back in August. The two buildings on two blocks of land squeezed in between the neighborhood of Shorecrest, 79th street, the causeway, the bay and the causeway's curving off ramp, will have 467 units in two twenty story towers. They were originally planned in the last boom by Related, died in the Great Recession, and were resurrected by the Adler Group.
