Tony Mantuano on Lorenzo; SuViche Takes On Wynwood

The latest dining and restaurant dish from Eater Miami...

1) South Beach: Next week, Tuesday to be precise, Lorenzo is opening up at the Redbury. Behind SoBe's newest member, one of Miami's most anticipated fall openings, is James Beard Award-winner Tony Mantuano. Here, Eater talks to him about everything that went into Lorenzo and more. Check out these photos of the inside, too.

2) Miami Beach: The team behind Foxhole has opened up a new bar/lounge dubbed Public House. Described as ""a vintage surf-style saloon with a post-modern Miami twist", the new spot will be open daily from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m.

3) Wynwood: SuViche is setting up shop in the former Bloom space. This will be the restaurant's third expansion and it will be a little bit different. This SuViche will have a full outdoor terrace and, in more exciting news, a pisco bar.
