New Echo Brickell Renders Show Toned Down Pool Deck

New, 1 comment

Eight new interior renderings of Echo Brickell show: (1) Beautiful water views above the two or three shorter towers separating it from the bay. (2) Lavish interior finishes and public spaces. Marble floors come standard in every unit, we hear. (3) A cool, but very toned down, possibly value-engineered pool deck.

Originally the pool, in a cutout halfway up the building, would have practically encircled the elevator core, prompting to Curbed to wonder if it could double as a lazy river, but alas no longer. Now, the pool will just be a rectangle with water in it halfway up one of Miami's tallest buildings. And the building won't even have its pools hanging from the penthouses either. Oh, the humanity.
