The folks at exMiami have gotten their paws on plans to redevelop the Chase Building site in Brickell by adding a 48-story condo tower and repositioning the existing structure into Class A office space. See renderings here. Architecture firm ADD Inc. is leading the design on the new tower, which is expected to rise 504 feet and house 420 apartments. Plans show a skinny, triangular skyscraper with zigzagging balconies. The tower's ground-floor retail looks nice but might be superfluous considering that Brickell CityCentre will be located directly across the street. [exMiami]
