County commissioners will decide the fate of the beloved but forlorn Coconut Grove Playhouse in a vote scheduled for next Tuesday. Creditors of the playhouse, which hasn't seen any theatrical action since 2006, are owed $3.5 million, and the current owner, the State of Florida, is looking to clear the title.
