Billionaire H. Wayne Huizenga, former majority owner of the Miami Dolphins, has sold a Fort Lauderdale home on the Intracoastal Waterway, long considered a "teardown" by brokers because of its dated design features and mold problem, for $6.4 million. The property was originally listed for $9.9 million. The buyers are Miami City Ballet benefactors Henry and Harriet Pownall. [Gossip Extra]
