"Faena Miami--it's a movie, but it's real," acclaimed director Baz Luhrmann says in conversation with his new boss, Alan Faena.
"Yes--a movie that will live forever," Faena says, dressed in his customary white suit and white Panama (thanks for the correction, dear reader) hat.
Thus begins what is easily the most unusual marketing film for a Miami development project today. Faena, with the backing of billionaire Len Blavatnik, is "curating," in his words, a district akin to the Puerto Madero Viejo they developed a decade ago in his native Buenos Aires.
