Developer Jeff Berkowitz SkyRise has released a promotional video for SkyRise Miami, that giant Arquitectonica-designed, R-shaped observation tower he's proposing behind Bayside. The video is at once overly informative of the history of observation towers, as if they all lead up to this tower, and hilarious. (seriously, just listen to the excitement in the guy's voice) The promo is pretty generic but it does suggest the tower will draw approximately 3.2 million visitors per year. That's almost as much as the Empire State Building. Here's hoping... —Margina Demmer
