Do check out all the awesome new public art proliferating in Collins Park outside the Bass Museum for the Art Public section of Art Basel this year. Unlike past years, due to grant funding the art will remain up after Basel for months. Collins Park will be one hot sculpture park. The grand opening, with performance pieces, is tomorrow night. Artists showing include Mark di Suvero, Olaf Breuning, Aaron Curry, Sam Falls, Tom Friedman, Alicja Kwade, and Michelle Lopez. Curbed photog Silvia Ros took a stroll over there and came back with a photo tour of the loot.
