Capitalizing on the success of his Bath Club condo tower about ten blocks south, Don Peebles has launched sales on an ultra-luxurious boutique project called the Bath Club Estates. Designed by Arquitectonica, with one unit per floor, the 13 units include a penthouse and 'two expansive villas.' There will be plunge pools on the balconies, two house masaratis, completely customizable units, and a selection of interior designers to chose from who are working with the developer. Yes, the concept is basically the same as Ugo Columbo's Beach House 8. They even have the same architect.
