A 175 room low rise Marriott Residence Inn is breaking ground in Surfside on January 10th to plans "prepared by" (and we assume designed by) Luis Revuelta. The hotel, at 9200 Collins Ave., has kind of a nice midcentury thing going on, and lots of rooftop landscaping. [exMiami]
